Re: Crime complaint regarding a suspicion of committing criminal offense involving sedition, contravening the Night Noise Guidelines, and disregarding a maintenance obligation of Whose Baby, according to Article 201 paragraph 1 (a) of Criminal Code, possibly other criminal offense
Dear all,
With this complaint I hereby inform you about a suspicion of committing offense, which happened, or might have happened during the time period between 12th August 2016, 7 pm and 14th August 2016, 4 pm. The complaining witness fears that during this time an unknown number of perpetrators, broken down in a maximum of 12 organized criminal groups, will enter clandestinely in a football pitch in Prague – Řeporyje to take part in Ultimate Frisbee tournament. The complaining witness suspects that each group will have balanced representation of men and women. Each criminal group is capable of committing these offenses: sedition by the use of an Unknown Flying Object, contravening the Night Noise Guidelines and disregarding a maintenance obligation. These offenses will cause public nuisance and damage equal to 100 €. Simultaneously each member will cause damage equal to 10 € on their own.
The damage is caused by camping at the field, misappropriation of two breakfasts and immense all-you-can-eat grilled food debauchery.
Approximate description of the perpetrators: sports figure, height: 185 cm, weight: 75 kg, dark hair, brown eyes, bruised knees, chipped nails, wearing: loose shorts, baseball cap, jersey with a number on the back and cleats.
Given the listed offenses the complaining witness submits this crime complaint and requests further investigation. In accordance with Article 158e paragraph 2 of Criminal Procedure Code, the complaining witness demands to be provided with information regarding made proceedings no later than by Sunday 12th June, 2016 via email sent to p7@p7.cz.
